Iran Trump
The situation between the U.S. And Iran is getting worse. This is happening because President Trump said the ceasefire is over. Some people from the U.S. Said they did not attack on Thursday.. Iranian officials said something different. The U.S. Military is watching out for projectiles coming from Iran.
This new round of attacks makes people worried about what will happen between the U.S. And Iran. President Trump said he will attack some more if Iran does something. Iran said they will not be afraid to fight back. This shows how unstable things are between the U.S. And Iran. It is hard to know what will happen with the military and talks, in the area. The U.S. And Iran situation is very serious. The U.S. And Iran have a lot of problems that’re not easy to solve.
The American military and Iran are having a problem. It got worse when the United States did airstrikes on 90 places in Iran. This happened after President Donald Trump said that the ceasefire with Iran was basically over. He said this because Iran had attacked some ships in the Strait of Hormuz.

After the United States did this Iran fought back against friends in the Middle East. This made Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Jordan very alert. Both the American military and Iran say the other side is not following the ceasefire rules.President Donald Trump said some things about the leaders of Iran. He also said that the United States had hurt Iran a lot in the airstrikes. He thinks the United States might have to do military actions. President Trump believes that Iran is not being honest and that they are not following the rules they agreed to. He is not sure if they can talk about peace in the future.
Trump’s Iran Strategy Raises Questions About Peace and Future Conflict
President Donald Trump seems to be changing his mind. He says he wants to finish what they started. At the same time he does not want to go back to war right now. He does not want a military fight either. This is all very confusing. It makes us wonder what will happen next with the American military and Iran. Especially because they have been trying to make peace for a time but it is very hard. The American military and Iran have been enemies, for a time.
The recent fighting between the U.S. And Iran has made it unclear if there will be a lasting peace deal. This uncertainty comes after a plan was supposed to be made following an agreement signed on June 17.Over two days the U.S. Military hit around 90 targets, including air defenses, missile sites and naval bases along Irans coast.Iran said the U.S. Would take action but a U.S. Official said that did not happen and that most Iranian threats were stopped, with only minor damage from debris.

- The U.S. Is taking a stance with President Trump saying at a NATO meeting that he does not want to negotiate with Iran anymore.
He called Iran “scum” run by ” people.”
He said talking to Iran is a “waste of time “. Later said he does not think a big war will happen.Trumps comments have made Iranian officials angry.A top adviser to Iran leader said there would be an ” response” to more U.S. Strikes.Irans Deputy Foreign Minister said Trumps comments show a failed policy of using threats.
- The U.S. And Iran are saying things, which raises concerns about whether they are trying to pressure Iran into doing what they want.
This is about Iran actions and nuclear plans especially threats to ships in the Strait of Hormuz. The current fighting and tensions could make it hard for Republicans in the midterm elections if oil prices stay high.Trump has warned of attacks on Iran to weaken its military showing he is ready to act fast if needed. The U.S. And Iran situation is still uncertain. Could get worse. The U.S. Military actions against Iran are a deal.Iran military capabilities are a concern for the U.S.The Strait of Hormuz’s an important waterway for shipping. The U.S. And Iran are, in a situation.
The United States said it did not attack the Bushehr nuclear power plant. This is what the United States said after a local official in Iran claimed that an airstrike hit the area around the plant. The Iranian Health Ministry said that least 14 people died and 78 people were hurt because of the attacks by the United States over two days.
The Pentagon did not say anything away about what Iran was saying. This is all happening after some attacks. One of these attacks was when Iran hit a ship in the Strait of Hormuz in late June. The United States military did something about it. Then Iran did something back to the United States and its friends in Bahrain and Kuwait.
The United States Central Command said it did some attacks because Iran hit three tankers in the Strait of Hormuz. The news in Iran said that eight people in the army died when the United States attacked Bandar Abbas and Bushehr. The United States also stopped letting Iran sell oil for a while.Iran got angry. Hit United States military places in Bahrain and Kuwait.
The price of oil went up when President Trump said something about it. The price of oil did not go up high as it did when the Strait of Hormuz was closed. Iran also hit Qatar and Jordan. Jordan said it stopped eight missiles that were going to hit a United States command post and air base.
Trump Warns Iran Over Strait of Hormuz as Peace Prospects Fade

All of these fights are making it hard to make peace. In the middle of June President Trump and Iran agreed to talk for 60 days to try to end the fighting.. Now those talks are not happening because Iran is having big ceremonies to say goodbye to Khamenei. Khamenei was killed when the United States and Israel worked together to attack him at the start of the conflict. The ceremonies ended on Thursday in Mashhad, which’s a city that is important, to Shia people because of a special tomb.
Trump said something after a meeting with NATO in Turkey. He talked about what might happen if Iran attacks ships again. He said “If it happens again it will get much worse!” Trump called the leaders of Iran people but he did not completely rule out talking to them. He said he is not sure if Iran will keep its promises.
Trump was on Air Force One. He talked to the press. He said Iran is acting strangely and that is why they are attacking ships. He thinks Iran wants a deal. They are not acting like it. The Strait of Hormuz is a problem because it is where a lot of oil is transported. Iran wants to charge ships to pass through. They have been acting aggressively to show they mean it.
Some people who study this stuff think Trump is right to be skeptical about making a deal with Iran.. They also think that things cannot stay like this forever. There is no war. There is no peace either. Ali Vaez, who works with the International Crisis Group said Trump needs to find a way to understand Iran. He does not think Iran will agree to terms so Trump might have to go back, to what they had before. Trump and Iran need to figure something out because Iran and Trump cannot just keep fighting and not talking.
Officials rush to save the ceasefire

Eyewitness video showed smoke rising from a port in Kuhestak in Iran’s Hormozgan province Wednesday.
Things are getting really bad and people do not trust each other so officials are working hard to keep the peace. A person who works with intelligence in a region said that important people are talking to try to save the peace agreement. The foreign ministers of Pakistan and Qatar and Egypts intelligence chief are people in these talks and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Saudi Arabian leaders are also playing big roles.
The United States is unhappy about attacks on ships in the Strait of Hormuz. They think Iran is to blame for not talking about its nuclear program. These talks about issues are very important to make a temporary agreement into a long-term solution to the war.. Iran says the United States is not following the rules about the Strait and not making sure there is peace in Lebanon especially when it comes to Israel leaving.Michael Eisenstein, an United States military analyst says that even though United States officials are saying some strong things they are still in the talking phase.
He says that when United States officials say the peace agreement is over it is just a way to negotiate.Former President Trump said he does not want to keep the peace agreement he said this at the NATO meeting in Ankara. He thinks it is over. He hinted that the United States military might change its plan and try to finish what they started.

Irans Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf, who is in charge of negotiating for Iran said that the Trump administration has broken the rules of the agreement many times so Iran has to respond. He said that Iran will not be pushed around and will not give in to pressure, from countries he said the time of being bullied is over.
Trump says ‘we’ll probably hit them hard again’

Trump indicated a possibility of intensified military action against Iran, stating, “we’ll probably hit them hard again.” Pakistan, instrumental in facilitating a ceasefire, emphasized the importance of diplomacy, with its Foreign Ministry asserting that renewed conflict does not serve anyone’s interests and urging both parties to adhere to their agreements. In stark contrast, Trump criticized Iran’s leadership with derogatory terms, labeling them as “scum” and “sick people,” despite having previously described them as “very rational” and “nice to deal with.”
Vice President JD Vance, who spearheaded U.S. negotiations with Tehran, acknowledged that Iran exhibited good behavior temporarily but noted recent aggressive actions, particularly attacks in the strait. He warned that any hostility towards ships would provoke a strong U.S. military response.
Could this be another negotiating tactic?
Before the U.S. and Iran reached a two-week ceasefire in April, President Trump escalated threats against Iran, promising military action against vital infrastructure, asserting that “a whole civilization will die tonight.” This pattern of aggressive rhetoric continued leading up to a tentative 60-day agreement to end the conflict. Trump’s strategy appears to involve negotiating from a position of strength, potentially aiming to leverage more military strikes against Iran. However, declaring an end to the ceasefire could enable Iran to respond militarily, which would have repercussions on oil prices and financial markets.
Ali Vaez from the International Crisis Group indicated that heightened threats could be particularly perilous this time due to both domestic and international implications for the U.S. He described Trump’s approach as an attempt to increase military pressure while keeping diplomatic channels open, cautioning that such coercive tactics could spiral out of control and lead to the very conflict they seek to avoid. Despite these threats, Vaez noted that Iran has motivation to engage in negotiations due to its urgent need for the economic benefits outlined in the interim agreement.

Trump’s communication regarding gasoline prices has been inconsistent. Initially, he claimed that rising gas prices were not a consideration in his Iran strategy; however, he later revealed that part of his reasoning for supporting the interim deal was to avert an impending “economic catastrophe.” Following the deal, he has highlighted the decline in oil prices as a positive outcome.
Elections ahead could scramble Trump’s political calculus
As the midterm elections approach, President Trump has reignited his rhetoric regarding military actions against Iran, threatening to target civilian infrastructure, specifically electric and desalination plants, and indicated a potential seizure of Kharg Island, a key oil-production hub. He declared, “We may take over Kharg Island,” suggesting confidence in U.S. military capabilities.
With the elections less than four months away, Republicans are aiming to maintain their dominance in the House and Senate. However, rising oil prices, intensified by ongoing conflict, have raised concerns among Americans who face increasing costs at the gas station. Though Trump attempted to minimize these worries, noting a minor price increase of “a little bit — $2” whenever military action occurs, the reality shows that U.S. oil futures have surged and may continue to rise.

Trump acknowledged the consequential link between oil prices and economic stability by stating, “As oil goes, so goes everything else.” He framed the anticipated rise in oil prices as a necessary sacrifice in the broader objective of preventing Iran from acquiring a nuclear weapon, asserting, “It’s all right.”
